Non-toxic shot for woodland hunting

One of the areas I'm planning on doing some rabbit hunting in requires non-toxic shot by regulation, what do you guys recommend for this?  It's a pretty wooded area, and I'm told steel has problems with ricochets...I'm probably only going to hunt the spot a couple times during the season, so even if it is a fairly expensive compound it shouldn't be much of an issue.
