Opening Day Rut!

So how is the rut looking? I think the timing may be pretty good for Saturday. I will be heading up to 7P New Berlin tomorrow, what has everyone been seeing in the rut?

From what I have read the rut this year is at peak around opening day of gun season. A buddy of mine wacked an eight point yesterday with a bow and you could smell the musk a mile away.

Yeah, im going up to Afton area. Weather looks perfect, clear and cold, no real wind perfect weather.

But then again those bad weather years (too warm, raining, ice storm, windy) always make an easy excuse when you see gotz.
