RangerClay Posted May 15, 2013 Share Posted May 15, 2013 I make my own wine and I make several just for venison. There are so many choices out there for a good store bought wine to go with venison. Ask your clerk for an Argentine or Chilean carmenere' (pronounced car-men-yare) in your price range. If they don't have a carmenere' then ask for a malbec.
