Heavy duty chrome units mount on a steel bumper,was used on a motor home,should work well on a pickup truck,beach buggy,older car or improvise off a trailer mount for Dirt bike,scooter,small motor bike,motorcycle.The two oval loops measure 19 3/4W,x4"x41/2"deep.Asking $55 ,my e mail is qlty3@msn.com Thanks John
