ID and Arrest of Bombing suspect just announced on CNN

CNN is reporting that the bombing suspect was Identified and just arrested based on video surveillance of the suspect placing one of the black bags. He's described as a dark skinned male. No other information.

 

There will be a press conference at 5:00pm.

 

Edit:  Just announced no one in custody and no arrest. Not sure what to believe anymore.
