I applaud their decision not to imprison their fine, upstanding constituents for political purposes.

These guys know an unconstitutional law isn't legal, ergo, not enforceable.

They are taking action now, rather than waiting for the judiciary to act, and sending a strong message to tyrants they can't get away with tyranny in a free society.
