Hunting land for lease (Across from Arnot forest in VanEtten)

250 acres currently being leased by 5 guys. Looking for 1 or possibly 2 people to join in January. Currently paying around $900 each with 5 people for year round access. We have had this land for 5 years and it is scouted well and numerous 4 wheeler trails throughout. We prefer to keep 5 or 6 people and pay a little more to keep it so we have lots of room to hunt. (it also borders a chunk of arnot forest that we can hunt with the permit) As stated, it is year round access and a perfect spot for camping in the summer. We are predominantly bow hunters but do gun hunt as well. If interested in seeing the land or any questions let me know!
