117 acres mix of HW/ag...35-40 additional available as well  1800 per acre in the town of Springwater ...that would be close to Hemlock and Canadice....over the hill would be Honeyoe and lots of state park land 5-20 mins away...thought it looked like a good price...believe in that area prices have been 2-5 grand an acre...think Livingston county so believe on low side...if that's possible.... for taxes and 8N...Good deer area and fair turkey I believe...M Sullivan PC #50627..they have a mapl Nothnagle .com/R234492

No I don't know the agent...have no idea who owns it ...just looked like a decent price for that area...across the valley in Sparta they have 24.4 acres for 66,000...that would be 8M same agency R231462 as a comparison....
