DEWITT, N.Y. -- The third annual 'Tie One On' fly tying rendezvous at Barbagallos Restaurant in DeWitt drew a crowd today. More than 35 guest fly tyers were present at the event, which was sponsored by the Iroquois Chapter of Trout Unlimited and Dette Trout Flies. It lasted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and also featured fishing seminars and spey casting demonstrations. Jim Commentucci | [email protected] "The turnout exceeded our expectations," said David Seifritz, of Cicero, president of the local Trout Unlimited chapter. A $10 donation was asked at the door. Active TU members were asked to pay $5.
