My sinuses are a problem and occasionally I get vertigo ( very dizzy). I use an over the counter medicine called Bonine. It has the drug meclizine which helps dry the fluid in the middle ear and the dizziness goes away. Bonine is for seasickness but the meclizine will work for Vertigo.
