Looking for land to lease

I am looking for land to lease in the following counties........... Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Wayne , Ontario or Genesee Counties. Hunt a lot of ducks, geese, deer and turkey.

 

I have 4-6 guys that are willing to go in a lease or even buy land if the landowner is willing to hold the mortgage. The acreage will determine how many guys will be allowed to hunt the particular property but I think the lowest we would like to go is around 30 acres to start with and work our way up. The lease would be mainly for deer and turkey but if it's a good waterfowl spot then we would be interested as well. If anyone knows of anything available, and no it doesn't have to be for this season, just putting the feelers out there. Thanks in advance for the help.
