Has anyone used them or know of someone who has? Apparently they front the money for your out of state hunting tag as well as do the paperwork for you.

The benefit I see is that u have the ability to apply for multiple hunts but only put up a percentage of the tag fee.

I've never applied for so many hints at the same time that I couldn't afford to float the money. Does cabelas charge a fee? I find it odd they would do it free

They charge $55

That right there is why I would never use them. $50 is a preference point in Wyoming
