Speaking of staying in shape...

I'm writing this because 1. due to severe leg cramps that I have suffered from for many years and torn out a thigh muscle that work called the ambulance for, I have been tested for DVT a few times. The link gives a good run down of it. Many of us are older and the rest of you can't avoid it(lets hope).

 2. We tend to sit for hours on end, very still and whether your in a tree stand ,blind ,or leaning against a tree such activities can be problematic...I tend to try and contract muscle groups slowly lift and lower heel and toes..in the blind I stand and move around...why I like them to be big blinds. Not to many places to go in a boat or Kayak, If you fly a lot it should be something to think about...
