DMP in 7A

Anyone tried to get a DMP for Oswego County (7A)? I know the license just went on sale and its still early but did you receive one or get declined? going to get mine next week and don't know what WMU DMP to apply for.

The DEC has your probability listed as high for your first choice, but low or not available as your second.

I was declined both last year. I think someone at Dicks screwed up tho. I won't go there again for tags. Don't think I will be needing DMPs this year. Not enough doe around. This might change if things are better over in my sis-in-laws near Springville. I need to scout there soon.
