Homemade Blinds for dogs

Hey guys wondering if any of you out there have made a blind for your dog before.  I have a couple ideas, so I was looking for input on mine and possible new ideas from you. 

Idea #1 - I have half doz. of the super mag shell deek's I was thinking about trying to put one of those on a small platform and then practicing with my dog to "Kennel" underneath it? 

Idea #2  I have an old kennel that I was thinking of painting and then putting straps around it for stubble.

Idea #3 Get/design a set of plans and build one out of cheap piping and burlap camo. 

Like I stated above I have some super mags so any shortcomings I hope I will be able to hide with a decoy if need be, but I would like to simply rely on the blind to do what it is supposed to do.
