I'm not sure if anyone has posted this in the past but this link will take you to the NYS DEC website with a list of purposed regulations. They also have a way for us to comment on those purposed regulations. If we don't make our voice heard then we can NOT complain about the new regulations. Not sure if this is sticky worthy but it is a list that is updated whenever there are new purposed regulations. Please do NOT comment on regulations start another thread.
