Ok guys the post about checking arrows got me thinking.

Every time at hunter Ed in Nj where bows must be shot we turn folks away for bad equipment.

Can't just be there, check your bows each time. Look for frayed strings/cables.

Missing eclips, hit your riser for loose or cracked parts, they'll rattle.

Same for crossbows they're notorious for coming loose. Check em
