Bugs after spraying scent killer

I use wildlife research scent killer and soap and I noticed these bugs on me and my clothes since i started using it this season. Anyone know what bugs they are and if it has anything to do with the scent?

I think those are keds. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with scent or not. I find them on me occasionally. I think they just attach to your clothes while walking through the woods but I could be wrong

Louse flies. If its warm in thick areas the fly on you drop their wings and look for a warm place to burrow. Nasty things. Not as bad as ticks but fly all over. Very fragile though. One tap and they are dead!

These were hard to kill i had to squish them with a spoon. They would not squish between my fingers. I have seen them flying around and on my hunting clothes until the snow today. Thank you to all that answered my question.
