Buck Forage Oats - Fall in Price?

Is it me?  Or have they come down a lot in price?  I am thinking about planting them this year to see if they fair any better than normal oats or Winter Rye (for that matter).
But I remember seeing $99.99 on their Website a couple of years ago and I believe that was for a 50 lb bag.  Am I wrong?
