up and about 4 inches of green... won't be long now...Leek potato soup with bacon or ham and a sprinkling of cheddar... doesn't get too much better than that. Well stuffed leek leafs...leeks and venison steaks...leek sandwiches..leeks in everything!....:D

Speaking of... Have any of you ever noticed that in areas with a whole lot of leeks...the deer tick problem isn't quite as bad?
