Dutch Oven skinless Turkey / Chicken

1 wild Turkey breast-side - or - 2 chicken breast sides (skinless)

1 12oz. can chopped collard greens

1 cup Italian dressing

1/4 cup Texas Pete hot sauce - or - soy sauce

1/4 cup chopped sweet onions (optional)

Chop the turkey or chicken into 1/2 teaspoon size chunks, mix all the rest of this jazz into the dutch oven. Stirr carfully as to not rip the liner. Cook for 20 minutes. Serves 2, you'll frackin love it. Heck of a way to cook up fresh bird btw.
