I have 225 acres of prime whitetail hunting ground with a five bedroom, three and a half bathroom farm house estate in Chester County PA. The property consists of 60+ acres of crops, food plots and large areas of open timbers around. Although I am not interested in leasing the hunting ground, I do lease the farm house to out of the area hunters.
