DEC beginning trail work in and around Tinkers Falls in Cortland County23 August 2011, 3:44 pmAt certain times some areas will be closed to public use. DEC anticipates the Accessible Trail into the viewing area of the falls will remain open, but the paths into the amphitheater and around the falls will be closed during the construction period of the project.Source: Outdoors Blog
