Well since the Nassau Coliseum Expo did not happen last year and does not look like it will happen this year, will there be anyone attending the show at Rockland Community College?

I am going this year, hope they have a good turn out with a lot of vendors. i know in these economic times its hard from the vendors to load up and spend money at hotels and so on.

So who will check it out?

Well.. I use to go.... but nowadays I find $12 just to get in and buy something a little hard to swallow. It's not like the vendors are giving out any big price breaks either.

gotta make money somehow i guess... i dont mind the 12 bucks, its a day out of the house and around a bunch of out door nuts, count me in lol

It's definitely not what it used to be by any means....but I still try go to go every year....chance to talk with a few guides/outfitetrs I have used in the past, my taxidermist is always there, my bait shop is there, etc....

Last year the bass tank was pretty cool.........where a bass pro was using different lures/techniques and you could see the bass react and strike different baits, etc.

do they have that every year? its been a few years since i was there but i do remember a few times they had it. yes that is a very neat setup, i keep telling my buddies about it
