food plot growing....

nice little 8 running around. -
My food plot is finally picking, I guess the lime is finally kicking in. The rain isn't hurting either. I planted evolved rackforce. A chicory, alfalfa, and clover mix. The alfalfa didn't come up. I will continue to lime to keep bringing up the PH. I started around 5.2 and it's now up to 6. I also over seeded bare spots with some thro-n-grow. I think I after the season I will need to cut some trees down to let more sun in, then frost seed in the spring.

Hey guys, I know I had some damaging flooding. The covert under my drive got blown out. Not good.
