    Biz I would hope that you knew this as a joke.Venison when not your taste is very expensive if purchased by the lbs.I think you're crazy to think that your time or anyone else's is worthless I do purchase my food and also enjoy the bounty of wildgame.

    How long do you all marinade for jerky?I use a mixture of worcester soy sauce brown sugar and garlic and onion powder.My first 2 batches didn't give the taste I was looking for but only soaked for about 4 hours then dehydrated for 12 hours at 250 deg.Some will say add salt but the soy has more than enough.

    I have learned much more about hunting in general then hunting on the old farm my folks had.First always let someone know your aprox location not your exact seat.Never leave anything of value try not to give other hunters hikers a sign that your there.After many years of hunting on public land I located an area and see many deer and other game so from the fallen trees I built a small scale trapper shack only using the logs/sticks never nothing like nails or screws.

    I'm not one for treating others as an object.Some of the words used in this topic are of Total Disrespect to others.I am not Amish or have any intentions of dis regarding your views but I have had a good experiences with them.There is bad and evil in all walks of life some will Rob  take and steal from the Blind.

    Its an old time soup made wit ground beef potatoes onions carrots and what ever else for veggies I would add corn but the wife won't eat with corn.Can also be done as a vegetable soup.

    Much more invited than my sister inlaw have not spoken to her in 17 years then show up and try wishing me a merryXmas.I was nice because of my nieces and nephew.Yup the girls went shopping should be a Hell of a time later.
