I want to try and hunt and harvest a turkey this year with my bow. I understand that most people that go turkey hunting with a firearm aim for the head not to ruin the meat. A turkeys head is a pretty small target and with a good rifle or a shotgun that is not a very hard target. With a bow it seems like it would be more difficult and if you shoot it in the body it could ruin yhe meat. So should I put one of my pins on the head of the turkey or stick an arrow right in it?
