Quite frankly I don't see a need for 500ft from anyway, if one is in the city you can't legally discharge a weapon "without just cause" anyway and if you are in the country and you don't want hunters there you simply post your land. -

Being that I hunt to fill my freezer I have no opinion at this point other than, if one is a rack hunter then antler restrictions are for you!

LMAO I can't remember the last time I was a Newbie on a hunting forum........Anyway think I know some of you from forums, I see fasteddie that sounds like someone I used to know... It has been a while since I have been on a hunting forum this side of the Mississippi but, this place looked interesting. I bow and gun hunt NYS and I am grooming my 11 yr old daughter for her first season of small game next yr.
