I also think you should get to know him first. Take a 6 pack and go shoot the sh_/= for a bit see what he is what he does. Who knows maybe as said above he can be useful in some way. Maybe he's the building inspector or a judge or something better to try and figure him out before you go and make him hate you. And if he's a a hole then just stop him from hunting it. But better to try and make friends first Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Number 2 Bridger offset dogless (120$ dz) best all around imo. They are great traps right out of box and come night latched. Hook on cable stakes and put in ground after dye and wax of course. If your able to I highly recommend going to the Herkimer fairgrounds trapping convention Sept 1 thru 3 there are lots of demos tons of supplies and so many guys willing to talk and help you thru and questions you have. Another thing I recommend is to watch YouTube on trapping sets for desired animal. There's a ton of info out there. At the convention you can get any thing and everything you need lures are there to open and smell urine also traps can be played with and all other supplies too. One you catch something you will be hooked...good luck and tight chains Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk -

Yea you should try following blood on a brown forest floor...I've trained myself to look for "wet" and mark all blood with sticks Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

I got away from multi pins bc being color blind they all meet together when close. I don't need to be real accurate at 50 + bc I will only hunt to 30 or so but was just think there's gotta be something I'm doing wrong Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Damn lol.....my neighbor was telling me once when he was out hunting he was drawing on any deer that came in range even if he wasn't going to shoot it just to practice. He's a qdma guy and a 5 point walked in so he stood up and drew on it. Next thing he knew he shot it right thru the heart deer ran 15 yards and died. Said that he must have just felt everything come together and naturally hit the button. I guess when it feels right and you practice enough it just becomes nature....said it was his best shot ever on a deer Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Im using a single pin think it's. 19 not 100 percent sure tho but at 50 yards seems covers alot of target Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

You guys who shoot longer ranges 50+ how do you know your hold8ng center seems my pin blocks quite a bit of my target. My groups 0 to 40 good but 50 and 60 suffer so far...seems as the pin coving to much is causing me to not hold same spot Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

I always carry my predator calls on me to use when the woods just seem to quiet. Never had deer come during the day but hunting yotes at night I've had countless deer come in to check me out while calling. That's what first gave me the idea. I think like most animals they probably want them out of their area and come to try and force them out. I'd bet coyote attacks on deer are very very rarely when there is a healthy adult around. Most pics with a fawn I bet are just happened to smell it and momma wasn't around so free meal. They say early season doe can be called in with almost any distress call bc of the fawns still being around...that tells me that they are not afraid of coyote...awesome pics and stories as usual Wooly Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
