Why no rifles in some shotgun only areas
martin hunter replied to Borngeechee's topic in Rifle and Gun Hunting
does anyone agree that the bucks get a little older ,at least another year in shotgun only areas ? Ive hunted both and can see the bucks getting by to live another year in shotgun areas, i like it ! -
no hang fire on 6 pt i shot last minute on last day of ML season. After all that i went thru, just kept cleaning plug out, the windex water solution seemed to work great, soaked it and stuff came out from inside, even tho it looked clean before .

cannot believe anyone would post that list on here, get a life. Dont think those people will be happy about that even if they were in wrong ! just not right in my opinion -
now you can get pellets in 60 grain size too. But im thinking on going back to loose powder.

you guys use loose powder in the inlines with no problem ? is blackhorn 209 loose powder ? i know its pricey, do you order it or get it at a shop ? im thinkin on trying it, heard all good about it

i did the ambiet thing 2 years ago, said i would save 10 percent, i did for 6 months then forget about it, bill went way up, i was paying twice what i was with nat grid, just finally switch back, now im savings. took 3 months for ambiet to complete the change . if it was any good everyone would do it ! once again i thought this was a hunting site , only

my hole is open, i make sure to clean it, the only thing that realy fits thru it is a bread tie wire with plastic striped off. If i knew it was safe i would open it up, dont think its 1/8 Alwayus seems to get plugged or in of season rusted closed. I open it all the time

i have a TC omega and use triple 7 pellets. Im having trouble now with slow fire then hang fire a half second delay after pulling trigger. Im not sure the cause, i clean it start over same thing happens almost all the time now. I have new powder , thought that was reason but still doing it.could it be the pellets not seated ? Im using tr 7 new primers too. Thinking of going to blackhorn 209, thats a loose powder correct ?

get rid of it, had a box of pellets in basement, not damp there either, this year was second year. now had hang fire, slow burn , no burn . 2 years once they get back shinney hard, not grayish like new, get rid of them.. Got new box,
