  1. Thanks Grampy, YES, it feels soooo different, EVERYTHING about it feels unlike anything I am used too. Having 12 electrodes versus 2, truly feels like I am learning a new language. There is SO MUCH to discuss, and explain in a post, that I do not know where to start!
  2. Honestly, that would make sense as far as being clear, but in this case it is simply for cost, since it is only a temporary setup. It is really amazing to be apart of this, feel super fortunate! I will keep you up to date
  3. I think its pretty cool too being clear, but think I would get tired/uncomfortable with it honestly. You are correct, only temporary. Its a 6-12 week study, then a different arm is built for some different tech, to be compared to this. Writing a lengthy post up after this that ties into your reply.
  4. Cool. Leveling kit next? lol
  5. I was able to bring the research study prototype arm home.
  6. Haha, speaking of deer in yards, I just saw this guy about 3 miles up the road.
  7. Shraaamp with cow massage, parmesan chizz, all crusted on top of string beans. Trying to eat semi-healthy.
  8. Funny you say that, I know a guy who says “if you can’t see a swing set from your stand, you’re too far in the woods”
  9. Storm, I was so excited when I woke up this morning to that buck pic, it made my morning.
  10. My point was not “oh my god! A deer in my YARD” the variety within days on that single camera, was what I thought was cool...
  11. Never said I had some freak of nature scenario here...Point was I thought it was pretty cool the variety I am seeing lately off one single cam. I get deer, bear, fisher, etc on cams placed out in the semi big woods here, and don't typically get a decent buck, bear within days, on the same camera. Also, when you live in more developed areas deer are more common in yards, than yards in areas with big tracts of woods around, at least in my experience.
  12. Out of 6 doe that nibble around in my yard, only 2 have a fawn each by the looks of things. I have 5 cameras out back, so we will see what they show the first weekend of August.
  13. So, ironically enough, the Blink XT cam I have on a tree about 25’ from my door, catches a whole lot of cool videos. I get this doe who strolls through every evening...she sniffs the cam. Friday at 8pm had this little bear walk by, and just last night at 12:06am this buck walked through. Figured it was worth sharing, I have been enjoying this a lot. These are all screenshots of videos.
  14. How many miles on yours? Im at 46k on my 17
  15. The last if the moose, little piece of chicken, and some chopped cabbage salad....don’t judge me...
  16. Are ya sure...? Lol. i was going to suggest a nice leveling kit for the truck before this post haha.
  17. That is a great story, really is, you didn’t really bring me down, no worries....these posts are what its all about! I an happy to bring some good thoughts to you from what I post. Your story reminds me of my life...we make the best of what we have, and enjoy it as much as we can...its not what you have, its what is shared with family.
  18. I do feel very fortunate to be able to spend so much time with him, I cannot imagine life any other way, makes me sad thinking otherwise with what you are telling me.
  19. Thanks! Have a video on my Instagram of me peeling them. Fun project
  20. Biz, the antenna hits the arm that pulls the garage door up/down? Am I seeing that correctly?
