Its doin the same as sittin on food plots..apple tree..corn field..scents..you just dont wanna bring yourself to look at itthat way...but you have to think straitline for your site...i get that...wouldnt that set up potentially better shots on deer...dont you think about that? You also showed concern for the taking of buttons..cant you imagine that happening less..its easy if you try

Yea..spoiled..i dont have a problem gettin deer without bait...ive gotten all my deer with the bow with the exception of one..shotgun..i dont have a problem getting close to deer..ive only ever taken one deer from a stand..all the rest have been land based..so believe me..i can hunt...i dont need feeders..but there is potential there..and some of you spoke of controlling the deer herd age...theres no better way of studying a herd of any animal..and judge size and age other than bait..there are many other benifits other than the hunting aspect of feeders..those are just factual

Venting is o.k....but yer scratching at the point im tryin to make..there are different views on what is and what should be bait..i personally have never baited a deer..but wouldnt mind seeing it legal..in this time when we have scent control..better camo..faster bows and very powerful scents making it easier to get into closer range..why people hunt with rifles is beyond me..but if all this is happening...why not give it a shot...other states have great success with it..just like ar right? And like i said..feeders are a great tool in ar...its all in the eye of the beholder..i totally agree about the estrus urine..but because its legal..guys will fight you on that..i use it..ill admit..but again..be stupid not to take full advantage...

Watchin a texas huntin show...how come its cool with them to feed the deer...maybe its the dividends it pays...those deer were monsters..and he sat and weeded thru the heard to get it..passing on young bucks every day???

I always questioned the allowance of lures(scents) but not bait..same concept only attacking a sense(smell)..not instinct(food)

I just started hunting predators at night myself..its hard to come close to the numbers of yote the dog runners get..still lookin for my first night yote..but i did start usin my 22mag with open sights..it makes me more comfortable than tryin to find em in the scope..i use mini digi predator call..40 of useful plastic..and a tactical flashlight..nothin but trouble with rechargable gunlights..flashlight is way easier

Didnt see it(would have loved to) but there were a set of trax that were side by side...one that sprinted for about 75 yds to intersect the fox trax which looked to be runnin the field as usuall..and was headed in the direction of the nearest cover..the trax in the fox pic are all yote..hard to make out tho

Keep in mind..fox n yote will circle down wind and shoot straight in..if you dont hunt them that is..they like to smell what theyre after

In december i found evidence of fox being mortal enemies.
