I was the only one in my group to get a deer here this yr...suppose thats why my wool is black..we average about 8 a yr..i kno the neighboring property got 4 taken all yr..that was down..the biggest difference was the crop change..usually corn..but this yr was peas then oats midway thru summer..oats were harvested..so i havnt seen deer yarding up like usuall on the back 40...i hope with the coming yr along with the return of the corn the apples do great..past 2 yrs have sucked...early frost -

Im a dumbass..it was in there..but what do you think that means anyway...posted or not..no permission..and you argue about leaving..in any aspect..that doesnt sound like i can go just anywhere..

Yer missin a part..the property owner may issue a verbal warning..meaning..you get busted and dont leave.. you may be arrested.. your sending the wrong signals..and i gotta ask what your idea of unused and unkept or uninhabited..that sounds like squaters rights

Following the letter.. or getting by on it..its common sense booger flinger..if it aint yers get permission...if not..expect someone to get up in yer grill...or have the cops drag you away covered in pepper spray and covered in boo boos

the past few yrs have been enjoyable however...i carry a tax map(public information) of the "postage stamps" i have permission to hunt for those who think they know theyre right...the looks on faces are great...also i have found land owner permission slips to be handy (i get mine at the local town offices)

Posted or not...you dont have permission..you are tresspassing..we have posted land that borders the railroad..i kick people out every yr that walk the trax(illegal to shoot from and hunt)...but that dont stop em..
