yep the XL does go to 32... i havent shot the xl but i can tell you that i love my Insanity! accurate and blazing fast!
-
i would shoot the accutips first to see how they group before buying others... savage recommends them for a reason.... but every gun is different
-
i dont think the Insanity is offered in a 32in draw.. so i think your out of luck there.... the 2013 Bowtech Experience is offered up to a 31in draw
-
savage recommends the Remington Accutip 2 3/4 and 3in, and Federal Barnes Expander 3in (no longer in production)... to me id want the most accurate slug for my gun and put the round where it needs to go
-
alittle fyi for the guys that shoot the federal barnes tipped expanders... federal discontinued them and replaced with something else
-
Prolly one of best slug throwers on the market now... mine will shoot 1inch groups at 100yds... heres a pic of when i was testing what slugs mine liked

70lb Limbs
Mossyoak Treestand finish
draw length 26-30
letoff 80%

Bow is basically brand new.. less than 100 shots... finish is in perfect shape.. bow just had a full tune up and installed a brandnew QAD HDX drop away on it... also have a brandnew set of 60X strings (black/red) uninstalled $700 firm TYD
bottom limb
Top limb

1/8in drill bit for TC plugs.. i also use a torch tip cleaner to clean the flash channel as well... no ignition problems with BH209 for me
-
i personally wouldnt suggest Rages out of a 45lb bow w/ 25in draw... your kenetic energy just isnt there for those heads... or any big expandable for that matter

If the outside temps move my 10 degrees or more, Id unload and reload it. Condensation can be a problem. Almost didnt get my buck this year because of it.
i dont think a 10degree temp swing will hurt you load... more than likely you flash hole has carbon build up.... 1/8 drill bit, and a torch tip cleaner are your freind in your TC breech plug
