  1. Thank you! Just messin with the editing and I wanted to get it from preseason prep to deer season. The editing is dangerous, time flies and before you know it hours have passed. Thanks again and thanks for watching.
  2. Not him, he came in yesterday... out 69 yards! Here he is at 40X zoom, he has two brow tines on his right side! Everybody except big daddy showed up today!!! Circled big momma, she is goin to the food pantry for those in need for the holiday! Some nice steaks right there!!! Torrid SS broadhead finds the pump station!!! Gotta check the trail cam tomorrow She's a gusher top right!!! Here she is getting ready to go for a ride in the Jeep to Hunters Helping The Hungry... thanks to arrowrap.com for sponsoring me, our 5th donation and this is a nice size doe to bring smiles to those in need for the holiday!
  3. It is amazing the HD quality of those lil buggers! I carry two cameras, all of my video equipment has to fit into a fanny pack...
  4. I couldn't see their eyes glowing during the hunt, I had no idea the light was on and when they kept looking at me I was like "how are they seeing me, these doe have crows eyes!" lol
  5. Love it, a lot of different things you can attach it to, arrows for walk with shots, bow holder for mini arm, screw in steps for blow downs(blind) etc....
  6. Thank you, the hunt was in new Jersey. Thanks! I got a discount on it but not for free.
  7. I know, he didn't look like he was going to stop, I went to full draw because he was going to get to the side where I had no shots because of too many trees, but as soon as I drew the bow, he stopped! I went to move the camera on him and I didn't tighten the arm enough and it swung off just enough so the shot could not be seen... oh well, he didn't look like he was going to wait for me to reset! lol Thanks, it was a 20 yard shot!
  8. Do you love hitting them in the pump station??? The blood bomb going off??? and dropping in sight???
  9. Thats it, the G5 S.G.H. (small game head) lol, yeah, we called 'em turtlepigs... they are loud as heck, we were hunting hogs at night with the green lights, I was the only guy strictly with a bow, and you would think a hog was coming in but those turtlepigs make soooo much noise! I shot this one picking up a bud with the guide, he was still up in his ladder stand shining his light all over the swamp, we thought he was trying to get hogs in his scope, but he was surrounded by turtlepigs! I got out of the truck and stalked the elusive critter! lol... the guide would not touch it because he said they had leprosy... I tought he was busting chops and I just grabbed the tail, never heard such a thing, got home and googled it, they can carry leprosy, who knew! lol
  10. No luck hunting hogs & deer in South Carolina, only saw one hog that presented no shot, a bunch of deer in shooting range but nothing over 16" spread... one night coming from the stand, ARMADILLO! LOL
  11. Thanks guys! Pretty funny you say that, with the leaves getting crunchy and so many squirrels in this one spot, I went back early afternoon and did a little tree rat management! I don't know if it is because of my new Obsession Lethal Force being so quiet, but I would shoot one and another would come right in only a couple minutes after... it probably took 1 1/2 hours at the most to get the 4 squirrels! 4 less making racket and getting you thinking "is big boy coming!"... lol
  12. That is a great question... I have a QAD Ultra Rest and there would be all kinds of contact with my rest, not sure how straight that would come out... I usually shoot tree rats on the ground, I couldn't resist this with this tree rat thinking he was unseen and giving me time to set up camera's and take the shot, very rare.
  13. Nope, got the arrow, it dropped about 10 yards from my squirrel backstraps! For the "slinging in the air"... knowing what is beyond your target is key... private property and no houses for thousands of yards... all I know is there was a tree directly behind the tree rat... and a lot of trees behind that... if there was a trespasser somewhere in there... I know what was not supposed to be beyond my target.
