Waterfowl Zones Questions

Being relatively new to the area.. I'm having a hard time deciphering some of the waterfowl zones near Saratoga. Specifically the line between the Northeastern and Southeastern zones. I'd like to give some of the WMA's a try but I'm just not sure which zone they fall in. Called the Region 5 DEC office and the woman said to call back tomorrow because she's not sure. Anyone know for sure which zone Victory Mills WMA is in? Seems to be right on the line. Also, anyone ever have any luck at Victory Mills or care to shed some light on a location to hunt waterfowl near Saratoga? Thanks in advance for the help guys.

I'm almost sure victory mills is southeast zone. I'm pretty sure the line follows rt 29 through Schuylerville towards Saratoga but I'm not positive so don't hunt according to that, I don't want to get you in trouble! Keep bugging DEC, that's how I got my info because the lines are extremely hard to understand. If you do enough poking around I'm sure someone (maybe the officer that patrols the area) can give you a sure answer so you know youre legal. Let me know what you find out
