The Kids have been house hunting for 2 yrs now...exhausted so I've been called in...I need to know what local papers have private listings as well as what I'll find in listings ..

The last place they put in an offer then called us down ...thankfully before the 5 day grace period was up.... cute place for first time ..until you hit the basement...

Furnace and hot water from the 50's and well Horse Heads at one time had an actual Cinder block plant...yep...basement were real cinder block and you could see all the way out side in many places...the wall footers had sunk 1/4 -1/2 in and top half of walls hung up...bottom followed the footers...the entire foundation needed replacing over 1100 sq ft 10 course high

So I'm now the weeder....they need a middle ground between Corning and Ithaca

Well I would stay out of Tompkins County as the taxes will kill you. What are they looking for ?

Chemung county....Just depends on price and condition with a yard...low to mid 100,000...no mobiles or condos...I'll know when I read
