Attended the dinner last night at the American Legion Hall in Ontario , NY . There were a few guest speakers

Wayne County Sheriff - Barry Virts

Wayne County Clerk - Mike Jankowski

Wayne County Justice - Honorable Dennis Kehoe

and a representative from SCOPE

They gave opinions on the NYS SAFE Act and answered some questions . Sheriff Virts handed out some

papers that explained much of the SAFE Act .

Judge Kehoe was limited as to what he could say as a Justice but he is a gun owner and said that the only

thing that would hold up any Pistol Permit applications is the amount that are being processed . He has to

wait for the background checks to be done before they hit his desk .
