FLDBRED
It's been a while since we hunted for wild pheasant in NY,but there used to be a decent population of wild birds around Seneca Lake.Do any of you guys hunt for wild birds? What County would you say is the best now for wild birds? HectorBuckBuster
I live on the east side of Seneca Lake, and there hasnot been too many wild Pheasants around in 10-12 years.I used to see them on our farm in Ovid area all the time, have not seen any in a few years. I think the Yot's took a toll on them.My friend and I did release 80 Birds in the Hector, Lodi area about a month agon, not sure how many have made it. I am thinking about getting some birds next year, to raise and release.
