Hunting License Fees

Hey guys im new here. I am an avid out of state bow hunter. My Uncle owns 50 acres in the northern part of Delaware County. They havnt really hunted it much in the past 10 years but it is hunted by trespassers and surrounding property owners. I am really entertaining the idea of trying it out with my buddy this year because I heard that the license fees were going to be significantly lowered. Is there a chance of this still happening for the upcoming season? Any info would be great. Thanks

Not sure, those were proposed changes.  I didn't see them actually go through yet unless I missed it.

Like John said, I too haven't seen it actually "into effect" yet.
