growalot
I plant a huge variety of food for them...trees galore...I pamper the oak trees...Every thing is just loaded this year....acorns are dropping off 50 trees at last count ...the honey suckle berries are abundant and sweet..apples...plums on..and on and on...I planted power plant right next to the 6ft high fenced garden...and there are plenty of beans in it...yet they are jumping the fence to eat JUST the pole and green bush beans...really not the yellows that I don't like???..LOL One of the reasons I started plots behind and next to the garden was to keep them from doing their best to get into the garden...makes you wonder what drives their needs...not touching the beets, blue berries..cabbage...swiss chard...wax beans or the summer squash or cukes or the still producing peas. Thank heaven we have a farmer giving us grocery sacks of beans off the 74 acres he's cutting...frozen 12 full quarts and still snipping....funny how life works out...lol
