BucksnBroads
Going over to Fairfield state forest in the morning to see how the wildlife looks. With all the leaves still on the trees I guess ill take the ol' .410 out and see if I can't bag a few squirrels to add into the chili I just threw together for tomorrow evening. Got it low n slow in the crock pot n got the house smelling good. Gotta feeling its gonna be a good day. BucksnBroads
Didn't see a damn one. Lol. But the chili turned out great. Walked around at Fairfield state lands tried the sit n watch but still nothing. Got out late tho maybe that's why. Still a lot of cover for them to hide in may have been a few that didn't get seen. Always next time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Elmo
Seems to be a tough season so far. Not to many hunters are seeing a lot of squirrels. It appears not all the acorns have dropped yet so they don't need to come down from the top of the trees yet.
