HuntingNY-News
It was his first deer. E.J. Falcone, of Lakeland, 15, poses with a nice, 9-point buck he shot on opening day of deer hunting season in the the Southern Zone. His father wrote: "He is the son of Manny and Mary Falcone. He was hunting with his uncle Scott Falcone . He shot the deer with a Remington 870 wing master slug gun. "The gun was formerly owned by our neighbor Rich Kohler, who owned the gun for 30 years and gifted it the E.J. EJ used the gun on opening day and the gun shot its first deer. "The location is my father's camp where he also shot his first deer. Dad is deceased so the deer has a lot of sentimental feelings being at dads camp. The camp is on Cross Lake, near Jordan."
