Watch as Kasey Fellows, of Marcellus, rescues a small buck recently stranded out on the ice on a small pond off Pleasant Valley Road in Marcellus. Doc Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 Damned decent of the guy to get out there and help that deer out. I'm not sure that he had any idea how thick that ice was. It was funny how the deer just seemed resigned to the fact that this guy was going to tow him along the ice. I assume that the deer wound up ok since they showed him standing up afterwards. Sometimes they can do some ugly damage to their joints and bones when they get into those situations. Great video. And lo and behold the deer didn't bite him like he feared .... lol.
