cdmckane
My processor cut me some neck roasts out of the deer I got during the DMFA season. Anyone got any good recipes for them?
gjs4
my favorite cut off a deer- low and slow...go simple- two cups: beef stock, hard cider, beer or similar, an onion, carrots, potatoes, bay leaf, fresh ground pepper and a few dashes salt. Leave it on low till the strings are the most solid thing in there...
BKhunter
If you were butchering the deer yourself is this the cut of meat from the end of the blackstrap to the base of the skull? Then do you just tie them together? I would like to try this some time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
