I don't know much about yote hunting with hounds, did the pups take it down? What kind of strategy does one use for hunting yotes with dogs? Good looking dogs by the way.

After 12 years of chasin coons through the swamps of St Lawrence Cty and the 2 or 3 times a year chasing of yotes on our 700 acres here at home, i know all about the running of hounds. It seems..Fair Chase is seen in different ways, in different light by so many different people its kinda funny. Now when snowmobiles are thrown in the mix on those..Fair Chase..yote runs that really raises the bar. I have yet to see a yote out run a "Cat" in open field fair chase runs.  But as long as those big brown eyed, long eyelashed deer are not involved..Its all good with most!!

Fair chase is something man made up to make themselves feel better about how they hunt. If you want true fair chase, go out there buck naked and with nothing but some rocks. That's fair chase.
