Moving to Goshen

My family and I will be moving from NJ to Goshen next month and was wondering how the area was hunting wise? I'm new to hunting, this wil be my first year, don't know any hunters and would like to get to know people who I can learn from and enjoy what is quickly turning into my passion.

I don't think you will have any problem finding good areas to hunt in Goshen...

If you bow hunt then get the permit to access the land owned by the department of correction there in Goshen. Tons of deer on their land and barely anyone hunts the land
