Fantail Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 I use this with vegetables & fish, makes a great onion ring mix too. 2 large eggs 1 12oz beer. 1&1/2 cups flour 1 tsp salt - garlic salt (optional) Slab all that in a bowl and mix it up well. If you don't have a fryer you don't need one, but you'll need a decent size soup pan to hold 5 cups veg oil with breathing room and a oven thermometer that'll go to at least 400. Get the oil on medium to 375 ish. A metal scoop or tongs comes in handy plus something to dry/drain your jazz once it's done. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
