First Time Big Game Hunting. Guided Trip?

Hey Everyone,

 

Been looking on the internet during the down season, aside from going to the range and learning as much about big game hunting as possible.

 

I have seen a bunch hunting land that offers guided packages, would this be a good idea for a beginner to learn more?

Deer, would love to learn both stand/blind as well driving

You may be better off looking to join a hunting club or rod and gun club be much cheaper.

No but the sterling forest is that way and my brother was working down there and hunted it for small game and did well

Thanks again, I have heard great stuff about it, I have yet to go there, but will continue the search. I see you are from WNY, how are you around Wyoming or Stueben county? Whenever I drive out to visit my brother in Buffalo, I also think about there.
