Turkey breast recipe

Very simple and super delicious

 

Take the breast and cut into strips ( long and thin)

 

Marinade in the following for 24 hours

 

2-3 beaten eggs ( depending on how many pieces)

1/3 cup butternut squash bisque soup ( again adjust for amount of turkey)

2-3 tablespoons sour cream (same)

salt and pepper to taste

chopped fresh parsley

 

take them out bread and fry lightly. Once all done put in a baking dish with mushrooms and chicken broth for moisture bake 20 mins @ 350.

 

Serve with rice/pasta/mashed potatoes whichever you prefer and a vegetable
